Your diet is also very important. Drink plenty of water, eat plenty of fiber through salads and colorful veggies (raw whenever possible). You may also consider eliminating dairy and gluten (all wheat based products) from your diet since they often cause constipation. Remove them for 2 weeks to see if your symptoms improve.
