What is a good breakfast to eat on a yeast elimination program?
Q. Can you suggest a safe breakfast since I’m on the yeast elimination program? In the past I ate a pastry sandwich w/ coffee—I know I can’t do that now. I want to eliminate dairy from my diet so I can’t eat yogurt and granola.
A. Here is one of my favorite candida safe breakfast called an “egg bake”. Simply sauté unlimited veggies—broccoli, asparagus, red pepper, onion, garlic, zucchini, etc. Then add it and about 12 mixed organic eggs to a glass baking tray and bake for about 30 minutes at 350 or until firm. Then cut into 4 or 5 pieces, and refrigerate for a quick easy breakfast on the go. Can serve with salsa, avocado, organic ham, salmon, etc.
