Should I start a detox program? I'm tired, moody, & forgetful at age 35.Q. I’m always tired, moody; have allergies and memory problems. I am 35 years old. Do you recommend to start off with the detox program?

A. A detox program is a great place to start considering your symptoms. If you are planning to do a fasting cleanse during your detox, you should re-introduce foods slowly one by one keeping a food diary to figure out which ones are potentially causing your symptoms and allergies/sensitivities.
